If there was a gold medal for fighting myself, I’d probably win it.
It’s taken a long road of self-development, reflection, and choosing self-love over self-protection to get here. And I’m still here - choosing it daily. Because some days I slip back into the stories: not good enough, not worthy, not deserving.
But that’s all they are. Stories. Background noise. My ego’s old survival strategy.
The wildest part? I’ve been the one keeping myself back. Fighting myself so hard I nearly convinced myself I wasn’t worth the fight.
Here’s what I know now: self-acceptance isn’t a destination. It’s knocking away one belief, one pattern, one layer at a time. And every layer you release creates a little more space for the person you’ve always been underneath it all.
She’s there.
She always was.
Beneath the stories.
Beneath the doubt.
Beneath everything you were taught to believe about yourself.

I used to say yes to everything.
Another commitment. Another zoom call. Another yes.
I genuinely thought I had the capacity. But when I drilled down and looked at the behaviour beneath the surface - it wasn’t capacity at all.
It was an “I’m not enough” wound running silently in the background.
Busyness felt like proof. Like if I was busy enough, doing enough, giving enough - maybe I’d finally feel like enough.
It didn’t work. It just kept me exhausted and stuck.
Now before I say yes, before I commit, before I give the green light - I ask myself one question.
Does this align with where I’m going?
That simple check-in changed everything. From frustration to satisfaction.
Being busy isn’t the same as being fulfilled.

It’s easy to know all the things. The journaling, the meditation, the morning walk. But knowing and giving yourself permission are two very different things.

My Zarley girl is hearing and vision impaired in her senior years. And yet every single time I play, she finds her way right next to me.
She can’t hear the bowls. But she can feel them.
That says everything.
The bowls start singing... the nervous system softens... and the mind finally exhales.

That’s the thing about sound. It bypasses the thinking mind and speaks directly to the body.

I feel like I’ve been living in between seasons.

Can we talk about this Projector myth?
Because I keep seeing it everywhere - ‘Projectors can only work 4 hours a day’.
And while I understand where it comes from, I think it’s doing a lot of Projectors a disservice.
Here’s the truth.
Projectors aren’t built for sustained sacral output - the grinding, pushing, doing-doing-doing energy that Generators run on. Trying to work like that will burn you out every time.
But that’s not the same as only being able to work 4 hours.
Projectors are designed to guide. To see people, systems and situations more clearly than almost anyone else in the room.
That kind of work - deep, insightful, strategic - you can do that for hours. Especially when you’re recognised for it and working from invitation rather than pushing your way in.
The exhaustion doesn’t come from working too long.
It comes from working the wrong way.
You’re not limited. You’re just different. And that difference? It’s actually your superpower. 🔮

The fraud feeling? That was just conditioning telling me I needed to be perfect before I could be of service.

I once thought 'doing the work' was about being fully healed and composed. Now, I see it as a journey of embracing presence over perfection and vulnerability over performance ✨
I’ll admit it - I’m a bit of a course junkie.
I love feeding my curious mind across so many fields… from practical mindset coaching to somatic work like Spinal Flow and Pranic Healing, and then dancing in the mystical with tarot, oracle and crystals.
But this wasn’t always driven by passion.
For a long time, my desire to learn came from a quiet belief that I wasn’t enough.
That I didn’t know enough.
Wasn’t good enough.
Just… not enough.
After separating from my husband and navigating divorce, there was an undercurrent of pressure - to start over, to survive, to provide for myself and my children. Learning became a way to be more, do more, prove more.
And yet, the gift of going all in on these modalities has been my own profound healing.
Through learning, I’ve met my patterns, my limiting beliefs, the old stories and narratives I’d been living from - and I’ve seen them for what they are. Not truths. Just stories.
So now, I study and enrol in courses from a very different place.
From curiosity.
From love.
From a genuine desire to feed my soul - not fix myself.
From this place, I feel deeply called to share what I’ve learned and lived - not to fix, but to support others as they gently question the beliefs they’ve been carrying. To create space where it feels safe to meet yourself beyond the stories that shaped you.
For me, this work isn’t about becoming more.
It’s about coming home to myself - and trusting that I have always been enough.
